Dar Al-Nabhan has provided advisory services and represented Kuwait Tennis Federation (owner) while following up on the project execution, to ensure that the work conforms the approved requirements and supervise the developments until the completion of the project.
The project consists of a main indoor tennis stadium and covered courts in addition to 8 outdoor courts and an outdoor sub stadium, plus 5-star hotel, commercial complex connected to 360 Mall, car parking, and office spaces for the Kuwait Tennis Federation.
A luxurious residential complex located on the Gulf Road with a 44-meter waterfront in Al Mahbola area – Kuwait, on a 4,000 square meters spot, consisting of 119 residential units with different sizes, in addition to commercial spaces and entertainment services.
A 13,752-square-meter project in Khafji governorate – Saudi Arabia. The total construction area of the commercial complex is 85,000 square meters, consisting of two parking basements and a hypermarket, the first and second floors include stores, the third floor includes restaurants, play areas and entertainment halls, while the fourth floor consists of commercial offices and medical clinics and the fifth was divided equally to include two health clubs for men and women.
