Dar Al-Nabhan played a pivotal role in overseeing the development of a prestigious tennis complex in Al-Zahra, Kuwait. As the project advisor and representative for the Kuwait Tennis Federation, we ensured that the construction adhered to the approved standards and specifications.
Located on a sprawling 247,039 square meter site, this state-of-the-art complex features a main indoor tennis stadium, covered courts, eight outdoor courts, an outdoor sub-stadium, a luxurious five-star hotel, a commercial complex connected to 360 Mall, ample parking, and office spaces for the Kuwait Tennis Federation.

This exquisite residential complex offers unparalleled beachfront living on Kuwait’s Gulf Road. It is located in Al-Mahbola area and occupies a prime 4,000-square-meter plot—the complex features 119 luxurious residential units of various sizes, complemented by commercial spaces and entertainment amenities.
This project’s comprehensive study and design phase was conducted between 2019 and 2021.
This ambitious project in Khafji governorate, Saudi Arabia, spans an impressive 13,752 square meters. The commercial complex itself boasts a total constructional area of 85,000 square meters, featuring two underground parking levels, a hypermarket, retail stores on the first and second floors, restaurants, play areas, and entertainment halls on the third floor, commercial offices and medical clinics on the fourth floor, and two dedicated health clubs for men and women on the fifth floor.

We proposed a design a modern hospital in Al Doqm. The proposal support Oman’s future vision. This hospital will provide essential healthcare services for both residents and expatriates, helping to meet the needs of the growing population and local industries. By partnering with local and international medical organizations, we can improve healthcare quality and create jobs in the community. This investment in healthcare will attract skilled professionals and businesses, will align with Al Doqm vision to be an important center for economic growth in Oman.
This impressive multi-use building, designed by NIN with a stunning facade crafted by Start Studio from Portugal, showcases exceptional architectural innovation.
